Hotel availability, pricing, and booking transactions on the Site are powered by our partner LiteAPI. When you complete a booking, you enter into a contract with LiteAPI and/or the underlying hotel — not with Opuluxe. Their terms, cancellation policies, and refund rules apply.

• Do not attempt to access non-public areas or interfere with the Site.
• Do not scrape, copy, or republish editorial content without permission.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through any form.
• Do not use the Site to transmit malware or conduct phishing.
